About Us

I am a proud father and resident of Columbus, Ohio, where I was born, raised, and educated. I have successfully worked in the educational career field for over 15 years. My professional story includes National School Expansion, National School Operations, and State and local resource and community development successes. Professionally I have focused on the progress of educational programs that support and garner hope in communities of need. I have worked as a Board Member, Vice President of National Operations, Executive Director, founding high school principal, turnaround school administrator, teacher, and coach, all within Credit Recovery Programs. My desire to embody servant leadership led me to enlist in our Armed Services. I honorably separated my enlistment in the United States Air Force, where I proudly served our great country. I am CEO of Empowered Support, where we believe “it is possible for US.” Driven by a vision of liberation and empowerment for all communities to be raised to higher heights through education and economic equality. I aim to empower urban and rural communities through quality education and economic opportunity.

My mission is to use my leadership positions to bring focused educational and economic resources to passionate people to create self-sustaining communities. My education includes a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Bowling Green State University, where I was also blessed to have earned an athletic scholarship in football. I earned my master’s degree in educational leadership from Capella University. I am a National Society of Leadership and Success member and the International Honor Society in Education Kappa Delta Pi. I have completed all but my Dissertation for my Doctoral Degree in Education. I am interested in partnering with community stakeholders to build a support system that ensures all students can become self-sustained and community builders.
